How to Climb A Mountain


This is the time of year when it feels like too much time has already slipped away.

When it can feel like those visions you had have gotten fuzzy and amorphous. Maybe they’ve disappeared.

This is a meditation to center you. To help you return to the core of who you are and who you will become.

The meditation takes about 10 minutes. We encourage you to keep a pen and paper handy to write down anything you want to remember at the end.
